The desk needs to know which rooms are ready and which still need work. Concierly’s room board shows housekeeping status and rush requests, along with defects and other open room follow-ups.
Read the room status
The shared room status shows where cleaning and inspection stand. A room can still need work when the guest is about to arrive. A clean room isn’t automatically ready for check-in, so treat the status as one input to your own checks.
Prioritize an arrival
Use rush flags and urgent housekeeping requests to tell the team which rooms need attention next. Include the location and reason so the receiving team can act without calling back.
Keep room follow-up together
- Review room notes and defects when preparing an arrival.
- Follow housekeeping requests through the department responsible for them.
- Check minibar and lost-property records when following up with a guest.
- Record a guest concern when the response needs its own owner and resolution.
Confirm your PMS workflow
The reservation and room-state information you see depends on your property’s connection. Check the Integrations page and confirm the setup with Concierly before relying on a particular sync path.
