Pricing questions
How do you count rooms?
We count the guest rooms you can rent out. Back-of-house rooms like offices and storerooms don't count.
Is there really no minimum?
There's no minimum. The base rate is the same for a 6-room boutique hotel and a 600-room resort: $6 per room, per month, or $5 per room, per month, billed annually. From the 100th room on, each room costs $4.50 a month, or $4 a month billed annually. That lower rate kicks in by itself, so adding rooms never makes a room cost more.
Do I need to pay for setup?
No. Setup is included. So are onboarding and staff training. We'll help you import your room list and connect your PMS, then get your staff started.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The 30-day trial needs no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. You do not need to cancel it to avoid a charge. If you choose a paid plan, you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your current paid billing period. Payments already made, including unused time, are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.
