How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to delete it by email. Both remove the same things.
- In the Concierly app, open Settings.
- Tap Personal information, then Delete account.
- Type your email address and your password.
- Confirm. If you are the last person who can manage a hotel's team, the app first asks you to hand that role to a colleague.
Without the App
If you no longer have the app, email hello@concierly.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request is yours, delete the account within 7 days, and reply when it is done.
What Happens When You Delete
- You can no longer sign in, and your password is removed.
- Your name, email address, phone number and photo are removed.
- Your access to every hotel, your alerts and your notification settings are removed.
- The locations recorded when you started or ended a shift, or scanned a patrol checkpoint, are removed.
- Your AI choices are removed, and your survey answers no longer link to you.
- Copies in our automated database backups are removed as those backups rotate out.
What Stays With the Hotel
Some records belong to the hotel you worked for, not to your account. They stay, without your name:
- The work you recorded, such as work orders you raised, rooms you cleaned and inspections you signed. It shows as "Removed user".
- Chat messages and files you sent. Removing them would break your colleagues' conversations, so they stay and show as "Removed user".
- Your shift times, and whether you were at the hotel when you started and ended. Not where you were.
- Counts of your Milo use, for the hotel's costs. They hold no words.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices for a hotel's subscription.
Need Something Else?
A copy of a hotel's data is available on request to the person who manages that hotel's Concierly subscription, not to individual staff accounts. For this, or for any help, write to hello@concierly.io.
Important
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and nothing to restore.
