Connecting Your PMS

Check which PMS connection is available for your property, and plan the data it should share.

A PMS connection lets reservations and hotel operations share information. Which records move between the two systems depends on the connection available to your property and how it’s set up.

Check availability first

Check the Integrations page and confirm which connection is available for your property. The published catalogue lists Beds24 as available and Cloudbeds as in development. The other named providers are listed as roadmap integrations. A connection option in a setup flow doesn’t mean it’s generally available.

Decide what should stay in sync

  • Confirm the room identifiers and how rooms in the PMS match the hotel’s operational room list.
  • Review which reservation and room-state information the connection supports.
  • Agree how cleaning status changes and conflicting updates will be handled.
  • Decide who will watch for exceptions and contact support when a record needs attention.

Connect through the supported setup

Use the authorization or import process provided for your connection. Don’t send a PMS password by email. Before you finish the hotel setup, check the imported room list.

Start without a connection

You don’t need a PMS to get started. You can enter rooms by hand and prepare the operational setup while the connection is being reviewed. Contact Concierly to work out the order of steps for your property.
