Concierly’s free 30-day trial doesn’t need a card. Enter your hotel details and select the modules you want to configure. Add or import rooms, prepare your team and review everything. Then start the trial and wait for confirmation that your hotel is ready.
What to prepare
- Hotel name, country, timezone and the person responsible for the account.
- An accurate room list, with room numbers and the way you want the property organized.
- The modules and team members you want to set up first.
- Your preference for monthly or annual billing, so you can check the estimated cost if you later decide to continue.
How the published pricing works
The published plan includes all ten modules and unlimited staff. Monthly billing is USD 6 per room for the first 99 rooms, then USD 4.50 for each additional room. With annual billing, the monthly equivalent is USD 5 per room for the first 99 rooms and USD 4 for each additional room, billed for the year. Only rooms beyond the first 99 get the lower rate.
The pricing calculator shows the monthly equivalent and annual amount for a paid plan. These are estimates for a plan you might choose later. Starting the 30-day trial requires no card or payment. There’s no setup fee.
Before submitting
Check your hotel details and room list, then review your team before you start. Filling in the form doesn’t create the hotel. After starting the trial, wait for confirmation that setup is complete. If online signup isn’t available, contact Concierly to arrange your trial.
Choose whether to continue
A few days before the trial ends, Concierly asks whether you want to continue and add a card. The trial doesn’t become a paid subscription on its own. You’re only charged if you choose a paid plan and authorize payment. You don’t need to cancel the trial to avoid a charge.
If you continue, check the plan and billing cycle, along with any applicable taxes, before confirming payment. The Terms of Service and Refund Policy set out the conditions for the paid subscription.
Working without a PMS
If a PMS connection isn’t available, you can add rooms by hand. Before planning an automatic import or sync, check which integration is available for your property.
