What is hotel operations software?
Hotel operations software organizes the work behind a guest’s stay. Concierly covers room cleaning, maintenance requests, guest concerns, found items, restaurant tickets, equipment records, patrol rounds, stock and purchasing. When a job moves between two teams, both use the same record.
Does Concierly replace a PMS?
No. Your property management system (PMS) keeps handling reservations. Concierly handles the operational work alongside it, and you can set up rooms and teams without connecting a PMS. A supported connection can share certain records between the two systems. Before planning your rollout, check which connector is available and what data it supports.
What should you test with housekeeping and maintenance?
- Open a room assignment and complete its cleaning checklist. Then send it for inspection.
- Have a supervisor record the inspection result. Check that front office can see whether the room is ready.
- Raise a work order with a location and priority, then assign an engineer. Review the completion record.
- Record a found item and check that the next team can find it and record its return.
What works without a connection?
Sign in to Concierly and load your hotel data while you’re online. After that, you can record supported updates offline and sync them later. Some actions still need a connection. Offline support doesn’t mean every screen or action works without internet, so test the workflows your team relies on. Check the pending updates and make sure they sync when the connection returns.
How should a 50-room hotel compare the price?
For a 50-room hotel, compare the total property cost and billing commitment alongside the per-room rate. The pricing page lists monthly and annual rates in USD, including the lower rate from the 100th room onward. Enter 50 rooms in the calculator to compare monthly with annual billing. The published plan includes all ten modules and unlimited staff accounts. Local taxes are calculated at checkout.
Does the free trial need a card?
No card needed. Concierly’s 30-day trial starts without one. A few days before it ends, you choose whether to continue and add a payment method. The trial doesn’t become a paid subscription on its own. If online activation isn’t available, contact the Concierly team to arrange setup before collecting your staff details.
What should you ask for before committing?
- A walkthrough of the workflows your hotel needs, with a clear answer on what’s available today and what isn’t.
- Which PMS records are supported, how the connection is set up, and who deals with sync problems.
- A review of team permissions, the current privacy terms and any data processing agreement your hotel needs.
- A setup plan for rooms, departments, staff access and your first shift on the system.
